#99 BPC – Swimming as an exercise.
Here is my son with his little cousin. Obviously, they had fun under the sun. We all know that swimming is also one of the best exercises. It helps to strengthen your heart muscle and improves the delivery of oxygen to your muscles. But before you go on swimming as an exercise, consult your doctor first.

Very well said Mommy! Indeed, swimming is one form of exercise that’s perfect in maintaining a healthy being. Too bad di ko kabalo molangoy, wa jud ko katuon kay sa among bukid, wala koy malangoyan sa nagdaku ko. LOL.

…and swimming is low impact too, so even pregnant women or elderly or injured persons can do this as exercise (aqua therapy)
