#99 BPC – Swimming as an exercise.
Here is my son with his little cousin. Obviously, they had fun under the sun. We all know that swimming is also one of the best exercises. It helps to strengthen your heart muscle and improves the delivery of oxygen to your muscles. But before you go on swimming as an exercise, consult your doctor first.
